We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Executive / Sales Manager<\/b> to expand our beverage business within the Food Service<\/b> sector. The role involves driving sales across QSR chains, cafés, bakeries, institutional buyers, and HoReCa accounts for our mass\-market beverages. This is an opportunity to build a category from the ground up in a fast\-growing startup environment.

Key Responsibilities<\/span>

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within Food Service & HoReCa.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Build and manage strong relationships with QSRs, café chains, bakeries, and institutional customers.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Achieve sales targets through direct selling, distributor management, and key account handling.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Work closely with NPD and Marketing teams to align offerings with customer requirements.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle: lead generation → pitching → negotiation → closure → post\-sale service.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Track market trends, competition, and pricing to develop informed go\-to\-market strategies.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Represent the brand at product tastings, trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • 3\u20138 years\u2019 experience in Food Service / HoReCa / QSR / Café / Institutional sales.
      <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
    • Background in beverages, FMCG, food ingredients, or related industries preferred.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong experience working with procurement teams, chefs, category managers, and purchase heads.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Highly driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in a fast\-paced startup environment.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Ability to work independently with strong ownership and outcome orientation.
