Sales Executive (Marine Safety)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business within assigned markets.
  • Support the creation and implementation of effective sales processes and ensure excellence in both market execution and administration.
  • Manage key customer accounts (VIP, A, and B clients) to build long-term partnerships.
  • Promote and sell marine safety products and service solutions.
  • Participate in budgeting, KPI setting, and contribute ideas for service and product improvement.

Key Tasks:

  • Drive sales growth and increase service activity within the Marine segment.
  • Negotiate and manage customer contracts, ensuring optimal utilization and performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with shipowners and ship management companies.
  • Prepare account plans and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue potential.
