Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
• Source, manage, and close commercial fit out sales leads
• Attend to customer enquiries and provide renovation / interior design consultations
• Conduct site visits, understand client requirements, and propose suitable renovation solutions
• Prepare quotations, pricing, and cost breakdowns
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients professionally
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, and contractors
• Actively participate in marketing efforts, including social media and online platforms
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Participate in marketing and sales activities
Requirements:
• Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) Certificate
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial fit out sales and project management
• Strong knowledge of renovation works, materials, and costing
• Able to handle pricing, quotation preparation, and negotiations independently
• Proficient in marketing and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and good interpersonal skills
• Willing to work weekends when required
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Own car preferred (for site visits and client meetings)
