Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Sales Executive to join our small team. This is a hands-on, ground-level role. You will be out visiting clinics, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving sales for our product range. On quieter days, you will also assist with basic operations such as order fulfilment and stock management. This is a great opportunity for someone who is hungry, self-driven, and wants to make a real impact in a growing company.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s medical equipment range to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, nurses, and clinic managers to support sales objectives
- Analyse client requirements thoroughly to recommend tailored solutions that meet customer needs and enhance value
- Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, cold calling, client visits, presentations, product demonstrations, and market research
- Provide regular, accurate sales updates and maintain detailed records of client interactions and activities
- Collaborate with the Director or reporting manager to report on sales progress, pipeline development, and achievement of targets
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets while adhering to company values, business ethics, and standards of integrity
- Support operational tasks such as order fulfilment and stock management during low sales activity periods
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or above in any discipline; biomedical sciences, business, or related fields are advantageous
- Prior sales experience is preferred but not required; fresh graduates eager to learn are welcome
- Experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills applied to client engagement and sales processes
- Ability to build lasting client relationships by understanding and addressing customer needs effectively
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
- Comfortable conducting fieldwork including clinic visits and performing occasional operational duties
- Own transport or willingness to travel around Singapore is preferred
