Sales Executive - Personal Care

  • Manage and grow assigned Personal Care customer accounts by delivering tailored product and solution recommendations.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries on product specifications, pricing, availability, and commercial terms.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand formulation needs, market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Promote specialty ingredients and technical solutions aligned with customer applications (e.g., skincare, haircare, cosmetics).
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and customer activity reports.
  • Provide customers with timely order updates, including delivery schedules and product-related information.
  • Collaborate closely with Technical, Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver basic technical support and coordinate with Technical team for formulation or application-related inquiries.
  • Monitor inventory levels and provide monthly sales forecasts to support demand planning and stock replenishment.
  • Prepare annual sales forecasts and contribute to budgeting and business planning.
  • Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and new product developments.
  • Submit required reports such as sales performance, expense reports, and market survey reports in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
  • Prior at least 3 years' experience in Personal Care, Home Care, or Cosmetics industry is preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel independently
  • Own vehicle required
  • Strong communication, presentation, and sales skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
