Sales Executive (Russian Speaker) - Aliée Istanbul
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients, agencies, and corporate partners, with a focus on Russian-speaking markets
- Identify new business opportunities and actively contribute to revenue growth strategies
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and hotel site inspections to effectively promote Aliée’s luxury hospitality experience
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, contracts, and business correspondence in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate closely with Revenue, Reservations, Events, and Operations teams to ensure seamless guest and client experiences
- Represent the hotel at sales events, trade shows, networking activities, and industry gatherings
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and guest preferences to support strategic sales initiatives
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activities within the CRM system
- Deliver personalized and high-level service aligned with Aliée’s luxury brand standards in every interaction
- Uphold Aliée’s service philosophy while building long-term partnerships and exceptional brand loyalty
- Previous experience in hotel sales or luxury hospitality is preferred
- Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Guest-oriented and result-driven mindset
- Ability to build strong client relationships
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
