Sales Executive (School Admissions)

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Admissions team. In this pivotal sales role, you will act as the primary sales ambassador for prospective families, managing the entire student recruitment sales pipeline. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for converting inquiries into enrolments and ensuring our sales targets for student recruitment are met with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inquiry & Sales Lead Management

  • Drive the sales process by promptly responding to all inquiries, utilizing proven sales techniques to provide inspiring information about our curriculum.

  • Maintain the Sales and Admissions Database, ensuring all prospective lead data is captured accurately within the sales funnel.

  • Nurture sales leads through consistent follow-ups, moving families through the sales cycle from initial interest to final enrollment.

2. Admissions Sales Process & Documentation

  • Manage the end-to-end sales application process, ensuring a seamless transition from sales lead to registered student.

  • Oversee documentation compliance for all sales conversions, ensuring pupil files and legal records meet school standards.

  • Liaise with the Finance Department to coordinate sales deposits, application fees, and tuition payments.

3. Outreach & Sales Relationship Building

  • Conduct high-impact school tours and sales presentations for prospective parents and educational agents.

  • Articulate the school’s mission as a key sales differentiator to diverse stakeholders.

  • Support the Sales Manager in updating marketing collateral to better reflect current sales and enrollment targets.

Requirements

  • Experience: Min. 2 years in a sales environment, school admissions sales, or a high-performance sales and customer service role.

  • Education: Diploma in Sales, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Tech Savvy: High proficiency in Sales CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Apps.

  • Communication: Exceptional sales communication skills; the ability to "close the deal" with confidence and empathy.

  • Soft Skills: A sales-oriented, "can-do" attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment.
