Sales Executive — SEA Retail & Business Support
Key Responsibilities
1. Retail Account Support
Support the team in managing retail accounts across selected Southeast Asia markets
Assist in preparing sales reports, promotion summaries, and basic account review materials
Follow up on product listings, pricing updates, and promotional setups with distributors and retailers
Track basic sales data and help monitor promotion performance
Ensure timely follow-up on routine account requests and operational matters
2. Business Development Support
Assist in researching potential retail partners, distributors, and new market opportunities
Support preparation of basic pitch materials, product information, and pricing sheets
Follow up with leads and support communication with potential partners
Assist in new product listing coordination and basic launch preparation
3. Execution & Store-Level Follow-up
Support the execution of promotions, product launches, and in-store activities
Follow up with distributors on stock availability, replenishment, and basic execution issues
Assist in checking store-level execution, including product visibility, pricing accuracy, and POSM placement
Conduct store visits when required and report key findings
4. Coordination & Daily Operations
Work with distributors and internal teams to follow up on orders, deliveries, and stock updates
Assist in coordinating with marketing, supply chain, and finance for day-to-day operations
Support documentation, claims follow-up, and internal tracking
5. Reporting & Market Insights
Prepare basic sales updates, market visit notes, and competitor observations
Track competitor activities such as pricing, promotions, and new product launches
Maintain simple trackers for accounts, promotions, and execution status
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in sales support, retail operations, or FMCG-related roles
Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply
Experience in FMCG, health & wellness, beauty, or retail is a plus
Basic Excel and PowerPoint skills (comfortable with simple reporting)
Good communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus
Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
Able to work in a fast-paced and growing environment
Willingness to travel occasionally within Southeast Asia
Suitable for candidates looking to grow into regional sales/account management roles
