Sales Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospect and promote jewellery products and services to walk-in as well as our online platforms’ customers
  • Attend to customers’ queries in-store and online stores
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries through chat (FB Messenger, Instagram, Tiktok, Carousell, WhatsApp, Emails) and inbound calls
  • Ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction
  • Be self-motivated and driven to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well presented
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Inventory management - support merchandise transfer, stock take, inventory counts
  • Work in a team to develop marketing strategies to bring more revenue to the store and the digital sales
  • Conceptualize and set the best campaign merchandise plan for online campaigns
  • Work together with operations to ensure smooth fulfilment process
  • Actively manage online shop enquiries and maintain the highest customer satisfaction

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Candidate with retail or jewellery experience is an added advantage
  • Dynamic, energetic, positive and driven to exceed targets
  • Strong focus on self-improvement and performance
  • Commercial awareness and sales drive – to sell more products through our multiple online platforms
  • Preferably previous e-commerce experience, although not required. A strong learning attitude and a self-motivated drive to excel is important
  • General interest in working in different platforms, and a good knowledge of excel
  • Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
  • Able to start work within short notice will be an advantage
