Sales Executive
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospect and promote jewellery products and services to walk-in as well as our online platforms’ customers
- Attend to customers’ queries in-store and online stores
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries through chat (FB Messenger, Instagram, Tiktok, Carousell, WhatsApp, Emails) and inbound calls
- Ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction
- Be self-motivated and driven to achieve monthly sales targets
- Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well presented
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Inventory management - support merchandise transfer, stock take, inventory counts
- Work in a team to develop marketing strategies to bring more revenue to the store and the digital sales
- Conceptualize and set the best campaign merchandise plan for online campaigns
- Work together with operations to ensure smooth fulfilment process
- Actively manage online shop enquiries and maintain the highest customer satisfaction
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Candidate with retail or jewellery experience is an added advantage
- Dynamic, energetic, positive and driven to exceed targets
- Strong focus on self-improvement and performance
- Commercial awareness and sales drive – to sell more products through our multiple online platforms
- Preferably previous e-commerce experience, although not required. A strong learning attitude and a self-motivated drive to excel is important
- General interest in working in different platforms, and a good knowledge of excel
- Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
- Able to start work within short notice will be an advantage
