The Starr Enterprise AE Role - Unlike Any Other:This isn't your typical Account Executive position. We're seeking highly driven, client-centric individuals who are passionate about building lasting relationships and directly impacting the success of small businesses. Our AE role is a unique hybrid: you'llacquirenew clients and thenmanage and maintainthose relationships, becoming a trusted advisor throughout their journey with Starr Enterprise. This structure offers a unique path to stable, recurring income without the pressure of traditional sales quotas.
Requirements
- Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:Proactively identify, engage, and onboard new small business and startup clients for Starr Enterprise's services (Start-Up, Financial Add-on, Financial Stand-alone, Marketing Solutions).
Relationship Management:Once acquired, you will serve as the primary point of contact for your designated client base, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
Account Maintenance:Work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs, ensure satisfaction with services, and identify opportunities for additional Starr Enterprise solutions.
Onboarding & Coordination:Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for your clients, coordinating with internal teams as needed to ensure service delivery.
Performance Tracking:Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress within our CRM system.
Continuous Improvement:Actively participate in coaching sessions and contribute to the refinement of our client acquisition and management strategies.
What We Offer (The Compensation & Structure):
Generous Initial Commission:Earn50% commissionon the sale of all one-time products and services (Startup, Financial Add-on, Financial Stand-alone) and50% commission on the re-occuring monthly paymentsfor Marketing Solutions.
Recurring Monthly Stipend:Unlike traditional sales, AEs are compensated for ongoing client management.
Initial Goal:Secure 2 new clients per month for your first 3 months to reach a recommended headcount of6 active clients.
Growth Potential:Client headcount and associated stipend increases are determined during regular90-day performance evaluations, allowing top-performing AEs to grow their client base to 10+ and significantly increase their monthly stipend.
