We hand you warm, pre-booked appointments — no cold-calling grind, no prospecting admin. That is the easy part, and it is the only easy part. These landlords are comparing options, protecting their money, and slow to trust. Earning the signature is entirely on you. There's nowhere to hide and no one to blame — which is exactly why the commission is uncapped and the people who thrive here earn accordingly.
What you'll own
- Convert booked landlord appointments into signed contracts, on or above target
- Run the full cycle from first call to signature — discovery, value, objection, close
- Build trust that survives a phone-only relationship and turns landlords into referral sources
- Quote competitively, issue contracts cleanly, keep your pipeline honest in the CRM
Who we're actually looking for
You are a closer, and you can prove it. You can explain — without pausing to think — how you run a discovery, how you surface the pain a prospect won't volunteer, and how you turn an objection into the reason they say yes. You carry a number and you beat it. You sell a service to demanding buyers, on the phone, where there's no deck to hide behind.
This is not for you if your background is appointment-setting, pre-sales, lead qualification, or call-centre selling — or if you still need to be taught how to sell. We'll teach you our product, our market and our proposition. We will not teach you the craft. You bring that, fully formed.
What you'll need
- 5–7 years closing in direct sales, telesales or service-based selling to a discerning client base
- A track record of hitting and beating targets in an international business — with the numbers to back it
- Real telephone closing skill: objection handling, negotiation, trust-building, voice presence
- English at C1/C2
- The independence to run your own desk without supervision
- Resilience, energy, and a genuine appetite for the close
Compensation
Strong base salary plus genuinely uncapped commission. On-target earnings of R50,000 per month, uncapped — so the closers who beat target earn beyond it. We pay this way deliberately: we want hunters who'd rather have no ceiling than a comfortable cushion.
