Responsibilities π€
Own and drive strategic growth initiatives in the U.S. market, focusing on enterprise accounts and high-impact partnerships.
Identify, develop, and close complex enterprise opportunities aligned with long-term company strategy.
Build and nurture executive-level relationships (C-level, VP, Heads of Data/Engineering) across target partner champions.
Act as a strategic advisor to clients exploring or scaling modern data platforms in the Databricks ecosystem
Lead co-selling motions and strategic collaboration with key technology partners.
Design and execute account plans to land and expand high-value enterprise clients.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure successful deal execution and long-term value realization.
Generate and influence pipeline through ecosystem relationships, advisors, and executive network.
Contribute to defining and refining the companyβs Partner go-to-market motion.
Keep CRM fully updated with strategic account actions, pipeline status, and partnership opportunities.
Represent market feedback internally to shape positioning, offerings, and strategic direction.
Required Skills π»
5+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Alliance Management, or Strategic Growth roles.
Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar quota-carrying role in B2B tech.
Strong background selling or partnering within the modern data ecosystem (Databricks, Snowflake, Cloud platforms, etc.).
Proven ability to navigate and close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
Experience engaging with C-level and senior decision-makers in technical and business roles.
Strong commercial acumen with a strategic, long-term growth mindset.
Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving, startup environment.
Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams (Data, Engineering, ML).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
