Position Objective and Summary

  • Generate new business and manage existing customer relationships in the waste management industry
  • Achieve sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction through the development of strategic plans and effective communication with clients.

Main tasks /Activities / Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Generate sales leads and build relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the waste management industry and its products and services.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure customer service excellence through timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to network and generate leads.


Job requirements (education, linguistic ability, professional experience, leadership qualities, soft skills etc.)

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in waste management sales or related field.
  • Good interactions and negotiation skill and presentable looking
  • Having own transportation is preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the waste management industry and its products and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
