We are seeking a Sales Executive from an IT professional services background to drive business results by producing a well\-managed, profitable, and growing book of business opportunities. You will serve as a trusted partner to both our internal teams and our client teams, building and executing customized business plans and predictable sales engagement processes in the AI/ML space specifically.<\/span>
<\/span>
<\/span><\/span>Role\n and Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
  • Prospect, qualify, and build a robust new\-logo pipeline within assigned territories.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Collaborate with Databricks, AWS, and ecosystem partners to co\-sell and uncover opportunities.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Engage enterprise stakeholders in BFSI, manufacturing, and telco to uncover needs and shape solutions.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Manage full sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Partner with internal teams (solutions, delivery, leadership) to design winning proposals.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quota through disciplined territory management.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Drive revenue and sales growth through effective management of partner engagement, business development, internal collaboration, and marketing strategies.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Collaborate with practice leaders to strategically pursue new opportunities on a diverse collection of targeted accounts.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Leverage Sales platforms to drive a forecast and collaborate with Account and Practice leaders.<\/span>

    Required Experience and Education:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/span><\/div>
    • 3\-5 years of quota\-carrying sales experience in technology, cloud, data platforms, or enterprise services.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Bachelor\u2019s Degree preferred.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Passionate about sales and technology.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to partner with clients to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Budget and project management experience.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Experience in building relationships with business decision\-makers.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Experience working through complex technology solution sales.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
      Necessary Skills and Attributes:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
      <\/span><\/span><\/div>
      • Strong hunter mentality with proven pipeline generation and closing skills.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Track record selling into enterprise accounts, ideally in BFSI, manufacturing, or telecom.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Familiarity with partner ecosystems (Databricks, AWS, etc.) and co\-sell motions.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Self\-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team\-based or independent environment.<\/span>

      • Detail\-oriented with strong organization skills.<\/span>
