We are seeking an experienced and high\-performing Sales Executives\nto drive the growth of our business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HR/payroll\nsystems) and services The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales\nand a proven ability to close deals within the Nigerian market.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>

  • Identify\n and develop new business opportunities for business applications (ERP,\n CRM, HR/ Payroll and other solutions)
    <\/li>
  • Drive\n the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
    <\/li>
  • Engage\n decision\-makers (C\-level Executives, HR, Finance, IT leaders)
    <\/li>
  • Conduct\n product presentations, demos, and solution\-based selling
    <\/li>
  • Understand\n client needs and propose tailored business solutions
    <\/li>
  • Prepare\n and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts
    <\/li>
  • Negotiate\n pricing and close high\-value deals
    <\/li>
  • Build\n and maintain strong, long\-term client relationships
    <\/li>
  • Manage\n and maintain a robust sales pipeline
    <\/li>
  • Ability\n to manage complex, multi\-stakeholder deals
    <\/li>
  • Achieve\n and exceed assigned revenue targets

  • Collaborate\n with pre\-sales and technical teams for solution delivery

    • <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Extremely passionate about sales
      <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
      • Bachelor\u2019s\n degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
        <\/li>
      • 2\-5\n years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in business\n applications or SaaS
        <\/li>
      • Aggressiveness\n and a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
        <\/li>
      • Experience\n selling ERP, CRM, HR/Payroll, or financial software solutions will be an\n added advantage
        <\/li>
      • Deep\n understanding of the Nigerian Business Market
        <\/li>
      • Excellent\n communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
        <\/li>
      • Ability\n to engage senior stakeholders and decision\-makers
        <\/li>
      • Awareness\n of industry trends and competitors
        <\/li>
      • Ability\n to position solutions against alternatives

        Proficiency\n in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
