Sales Fulfillment Team Leader
Job responsibilities
- Oversee daily order processing; to lead a team of order fulfilment officers to ensure all customers orders are processed and fulfilled in term of product quantity.
- Monitor the inventory; a link to the purchasing department in order - planning to ensure that our warehouse has sufficient amount of products to meet customer needs.
- Work closely with logistic team; a link to the delivery team to ensure that all delivery schedule is planned and executed by the end of the day in a timely manner.
- To monitor the progress of order tracking; work closely with logistic to ensure speedy recovery for any failed delivery in term of product fulfilment or delivery timing.
- Ensure the closure of all processed order; following and monitoring closely to ensure no outstanding invoice, credit note or job in progress beyond a targeted order completion day. All delivered invoice must be returned and filed properly.
- Responding to customer issues/complaints; work with respective departments to ensure all customers’ complaints are addressed and resolved promptly and professionally.
- Develop customer service policies and procedures; must be customer service focused to satisfy and resolve customer’s pain points.
- Lead, train and motivate the order fulfilment team; to ensure company’s sales goal and high customer service level are achieved in productive and efficient manner.
- Compile KPI reports on customer’s order fulfilment performance in term of meeting delivery timing requirement, items ordered, recovery activity and customer issues/complaints.
- Meet P&L and departmental cost budgeting; optimize the staff productivity with high staff retention rate and maximum job output.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics Management, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated people leadership and an ability to navigate a diverse workforce whilst supporting colleagues to achieve goals and project deliverables.
- Confident oral and written communication, presentation, data analysis and computer skills required.
- Ability to interact and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization and across geographies and cultures is imperative.
