Sales Functional Coordinator

Overall Role Purpose

Provide effective and efficient administrative support on Sales matters to the Sales Management.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Organise meetings or conferences when held locally, acting as secretariat and liaison-in-charge.
  • Assist the VP, Commercial in the preparation of notes/materials for meetings. Prepares slides for presentation, which requires some individual judgement and creativity.
  • Manage VP, Commercial’s office in his/her absence, and ensures all matters requiring the VP, commercial’s attention are redirected with discretion and attended to meticulously.
  • Any other Sales-related duties and tasks assigned by the VP, Commercial.
  • Organise and minute monthly Sales Meetings. Plays key role in organization and/or coordination of other key or large-scale Sales or company events e.g. Sales conference, recreation activities, family days, visitor lunches, etc..
  • Travel and accommodation arrangements for participants, liaison with relevant hotels and overseeing various logistics arrangements.
  • Collate data for Sales reports (both country and regional) and other required documentation; ensuring deadlines are complied with.
  • Coordinate with other departments’ coordinators to ensure that administrative office information and procedures are updated and complied with efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in any field
  • 2 - 4 years experience in an administrative and support role
  • Good command of English (Both of Written & Spoken)
  • Proficiency in Thai is highly desirable
  • Time management, and communications skills
