To scale this vision, we are looking for a Sales Head with proven dentistry or dental healthcare sales experience who understands how Indian dentists think, decide, and build trust.<\/div>
This is a high\-ownership role focused on building and scaling revenue within the dental ecosystem.<\/div>

Key Responsibilities<\/div>
:one: Own Revenue Like a Founder<\/div>
Own end\-to\-end revenue targets across scanO products<\/div>
Build quarterly & annual sales plans aligned with ARR goals<\/div>
Ensure high\-quality conversions with ethical, trust\-based selling<\/div>
:two: Build & Scale a Dental Sales Engine<\/div>
Design structured sales playbooks for:<\/div>
Solo dental clinics<\/div>
Dental chains<\/div>
Institutions & hospital partners<\/div>
Build predictable funnels: Leads → Demos → Pilots → Closures → Renewals<\/div>
Align closely with marketing, product & operations<\/div>
:three: Drive Aggressive Dental Market Penetration<\/div>
Execute roadshows across metro & tier\-2/3 cities<\/div>
Lead webinars, demo camps & dental workshops<\/div>
Build and manage strong relationships with Dental KOLs<\/div>
Represent scanO at dental conferences & association events<\/div>
Drive outbound campaigns targeting high\-value dentist segments<\/div>
:four: Lead From the Front<\/div>
Personally close strategic deals (large clinics & chains)<\/div>
Set the benchmark for consultative dental selling<\/div>
Build and mentor a high\-performance dental sales team<\/div>
:five: Be the Voice of the Dentist<\/div>
Bring field insights to improve pricing, packaging & positioning<\/div>
Act as a bridge between dentists and internal teams<\/div>

Mandatory Requirements (Strictly Dental/Healthcare Background)<\/div>
6\u201310 years of experience in dentistry / dental devices / dental SaaS / medical device / healthcare sales<\/div>
Direct experience selling to dentists, dental clinics, hospital dental departments, or dental chains<\/div>
Strong understanding of dental practice economics and clinical decision\-making<\/div>
Proven track record of achieving and scaling revenue targets<\/div>
Experience building or leading sales teams<\/div>
Comfortable with frequent travel and field\-heavy execution<\/div>

Strongly Preferred<\/div>
Experience in oral healthcare or AI\-enabled medical devices<\/div>
