We are a well-established interior design company in Singapore with 50 years of history, supported by extensive in-house capabilities including hacking, masonry, plumbing, electrical works, painting, and carpentry.

We have a local 20,000 sqft carpentry factory, giving our designers stronger execution support, better workflow control, and greater confidence when presenting to clients.

Your Role

• Meet clients to understand their needs, lifestyle, and renovation goals
• Develop design concepts, space planning ideas, and proposals
• Prepare quotations and negotiate confidently with clients
• Convert leads into confirmed sales
• Manage projects from concept to completion
• Coordinate closely with internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers
• Conduct site visits and ensure projects are running smoothly
• Deliver a strong client experience from first consultation to handover

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in interior design
• Confident in managing clients, proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
• Strong interest in both design and sales performance
• Self-motivated, driven, and able to take ownership of projects
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and contractors
• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3Ds Max preferred
