Sales Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management

• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning through completion and handover

• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors

• Ensure project delivery aligns with approved schedules, budgets, and specifications

2. Client & Contract Administration

• Act as the primary contact for assigned clients

• Manage project scope changes, variation orders, and contractual documentation

• Maintain formal records of client instructions, approvals, and correspondence

3. Technical & Site Coordination

• Review and approve technical drawings, shop drawings, and submissions

• Resolve construction and coordination issues across trades

• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved design intent

4. Budget & Cost Control

• Monitor project budgets, cost reports, and variation orders

• Review quotations and manage procurement activities

• Coordinate vendor and subcontractor pricing in line with project budgets

5. Team Supervision

• Supervise Project Executives (Level I & II)

• Allocate tasks and track progress to meet project timelines

• Provide site-based guidance related to coordination and execution

6. Documentation & Compliance

• Ensure complete and accurate project documentation and records

• Enforce standard operating procedures and internal workflows

• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Construction Management, Building, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in office fit-out / workplace projects.

• Proven experience managing projects from site mobilisation to completion and handover.

• Site construction knowledge & Computer knowledge
