About This Internship
<\/h2>

This is not a "make tea and observe" internship. From Week 1, you will be making real sales calls, talking to real CA firms and business owners, and contributing to actual revenue. If you want to learn how B2B sales actually works \u2014 not from a textbook, but on live calls \u2014 this is for you.
<\/p>

By the end of 3 months, you will know how to find leads, pitch a product, handle objections, close a sale, and follow up like a professional sales executive. Many of our current Sales Executives started exactly here.

What You Will Do
<\/h2>

Week 1 \u2014 Learn the product inside out<\/b> Understand what Verizol sells, who buys it, and why. Sit with the team, listen to live sales calls, learn the platform, and understand the pitch.
<\/p>

Week 2 onwards \u2014 Start calling<\/b> Make outbound calls to leads provided by the team. Introduce Verizol, explain the product in simple terms, and book demo calls for the senior sales team.

Ongoing \u2014 Support live sales activity<\/b>

  • Make 30 to 40 outbound calls per day
    <\/li>
  • Send WhatsApp follow\-ups to leads who showed interest
    <\/li>
  • Maintain and update the lead tracker daily
    <\/li>
  • Schedule demo calls for Sales Executives
    <\/li>
  • Sit in on demo calls and learn how deals get closed
    <\/li>
  • Help draft WhatsApp templates and follow\-up messages
    <\/li>
  • Support with data entry \u2014 updating CRM with call outcomes
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Month 2 onwards \u2014 Take ownership<\/b> Once comfortable, you will get your own small set of leads to manage end\-to\-end \u2014 from first call to payment link. Your conversions count towards your incentive.

    What We Are Looking For

    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (any stream \u2014 BBA, B.Com, MBA, B.Tech, or similar)

    • Comfortable speaking on the phone \u2014 confident, clear communication in English and Hindi (Telugu is a bonus)
      <\/li>
    • Willing to make calls every single day \u2014 this is a calling\-heavy role
      <\/li>
    • Basic computer skills \u2014 Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, email

          Compensation and Incentives

          Base stipend:<\/b> \u20b98,000/month
          <\/p>

          Performance incentive:<\/b> \u20b9500 for every paid subscriber you convert (after the demo is handed off to a Sales Executive, both intern and SE get a share)
          <\/p>

          Example earning \u2014 Month 2:<\/b> Base stipend \u20b98,000 + 4 conversions × \u20b9500 = \u20b910,000 for the month
          <\/p>

          Top\-performing interns in their first 3 months have earned \u20b912,000 to \u20b915,000 including incentives.

            • A genuine desire to earn more than a fixed salary \u2014 commission is real and it adds up fast
