Key Responsibilities
<\/h3>- Visit retail stores and identify new sales opportunities.
<\/li> - Onboard new retailers and distribution outlets.
<\/li> - Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
<\/li> - Conduct product sampling and promotional activities in colleges and other high\-footfall locations.
<\/li> - Achieve monthly sales targets through field sales activities.
<\/li> - Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis.
<\/li> - Track daily sales performance and share market insights with the sales team.
<\/li> - Ensure proper product visibility and availability in assigned territories.
<\/li><\/ul>Eligibility
<\/h3>- Graduate or pursuing final year (B.A., B.Com., BBA, MBA or equivalent).
<\/li> - Freshers with a passion for sales are welcome.
<\/li> - Prior internship/experience in Sales or Marketing is an added advantage.
<\/li> - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
<\/li> - Willingness to travel and work in the field.
