Sales Leadership Coach

This is a remote position.

As a STG Sales Leadership Coach, you will work closely with clients to provide guidance, support, and mentorship to help them achieve their sales objectives.

You will assess their current sales management practices, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement strategies to optimize their performance and success. You will use your expertise in sales management, leadership, and entrepreneurship to provide customized coaching and training to sales leaders & business owners, empowering them to overcome deficiencies in their leadership competencies, and consistently achieve their unique objectives.

Sales Leadership Coach Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth assessments of sales leader competencies to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement customized coaching plans tailored to each client's specific needs and goals.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on various aspects of sales management, including team and individual objectives planning, sales team meeting management, 1-1 salesperson coaching, and individual leadership.
  • Assist clients in setting realistic monthly and annual objectives, then developing action plans to achieve them.
  • Support clients in improving their leadership skills, decision-making abilities, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Help clients build effective CRM and sales enablement systems, processes, and structures to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
  • Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, providing regular feedback and adjusting coaching strategies as needed.
  • Provide support and motivation to clients during challenging times, helping them overcome obstacles and stay focused on their goals.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in sales management, leadership, and entrepreneurship to provide cutting-edge coaching to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with management methodologies such as EOS, Balanced Scorecard, etc is a plus.

  • Professional certification in coaching (ICF) or business consulting is a plus.

  • Proven experience as a successful business owner, entrepreneur, or business coach/consultant.

  • Proficiency in using technology and business tools, including CRM software, sales enablement software, project management software, and communication platforms (Slack, MS Teams, etc) .

  • Strong business acumen and expertise in various areas of business management, including strategic planning, marketing, sales, operations, finance, and leadership.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain confidentiality.

  • Proven coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and empower clients to achieve their goals.

  • Ability to assess complex business situations, identify problems, and develop effective solutions.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to adapt coaching strategies to different learning styles and personality types.
