About The Role

As the Sales Learning & Development Senior Associate, you will be the key learning partner for the Gojek sales team, providing guidance on improving their skills and performance to achieve company goals. Your primary focus will be on developing and delivering tailored learning and development programs to enhance the sales team's ways of working and enabling them to be reliable consultants for Gojek’s merchants. The People Business Partner and GoTo Learning Talent Management team will be your counterparts during this journey.
What You Will Do
Develop a learning framework for the sales team to ensure their competencies meet company requirements and drive business growth. This includes new joiner onboarding, product knowledge, and sales competencies learning.
Create learning content focused on sales technical skills, sales processes, and product features for online self-paced learning, virtual, and offline workshops.
Manage the execution of learning activities for the sales team and relevant BPO vendor team leads based on the created learning framework, including scheduling programs and preparing logistics for online self-paced (Learning Management System) and workshops (virtual or offline) with the goal of supporting them to achieve their targets.
Collaborate with sales leaders in HQ and the region/area to improve the performance of underperforming sales team members.
Manage and deliver sales learning reports and analyses on HQ and regional/area learning activities.
Collaborate with the People Business Partner and GoTo Learning Talent Management team to embed competencies into the merchant team lifecycle, which includes the recruitment process, continuous learning program, performance review, and career progression.
Act as a liaison between PAC (PBP & GoTo LTM), Sales HQ, and the Regional Sales team by gathering training needs, feedback on products/initiatives, and queries on learning platforms to improve the learning experience, training content reliability, and comprehensiveness.
What You Will Need
Min. 3 years of relevant experience in learning and development, with preference for working experience with client-facing teams.
Great communication and understanding skills (both in Bahasa Indonesia and English) with a strong ability in questioning and drawing information out from others, also able to explain technical terms in a simple and understandable manner.
Proficient in creating slide presentations and able to translate or adjust content from other stakeholders to fit the user's business context.
Strong understanding of various learning methodologies and their effectiveness in improving performance. Proficiency in Learning Management Systems is preferred.
Ability to work independently for the completion of tasks and have a strong commitment to setting and achieving high standards, as well as delivering high-quality work through rigorous planning and organization.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and environments, and also proactively seek opportunities to learn and develop.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data (experience with pivot tables and charts) for identifying root causes before proposing a solution.
Experienced in collaborating with diverse stakeholders across different departments, with a good level of empathy and understanding.

The Sales & Merchant Learning and Development team is part of the The Sales Excellence team which is an integral part of the Food, Ads & Merchants organization, and based in HQ Office Jakarta, or selected regions. On a daily basis, we will spend much time interacting with the field sales team in order to ensure they clearly understand our product and processes so they would be able to achieve the company’s goals.
