- Access was founded in 1997, focusing on Oil & Gas industry on instrumentation, valves and rotating equipment. We are now wholly owned subsidiary of Yoshitake inc. We emerged as a complete solution provider with engineering & servicing arm supporting end user, EPC & fabricator in Singapore.
Role Description
- This is a full-time Sales Manager role, located on-site in Singapore.
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.
- Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and negotiating contracts.
- The Sales Manager will also be responsible for market analysis, sales forecasting, and reporting sales performance to Sales Director.
- Familiar with customer based in Oil & Gas industry or sound knowledge of instrumentation & Valves preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Proficiency in market analysis and sales forecasting
- Ability to build and nurture client relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Singapore
- Preferably with driving license and own car
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering, Process, Chemical, or a related field
- Experience in the technology or professional services industry is a plus
