Sales Manager (Aluminium & Premium Door/Window Solutions)

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth for aluminium doors, windows, slimline systems, and architectural solutions
- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting landed homeowners, developers, architects, interior designers, and contractors
- Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and business development activities
- Conduct client consultations, product presentations, and project discussions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts
- Coordinate closely with operations, project, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Build long-term relationships with clients and industry partners
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting records
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in construction, renovation, building materials, aluminium systems, façade, windows/doors, or related industries
- Strong network within Singapore’s renovation, landed property, or construction sector is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Ability to understand technical drawings and architectural requirements is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales tracking tools
- Possess Class 3 driving licence is an advantage
