Sales Manager - Arabic Speaker
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (Arabic Speaking) to join our team. The role focuses on managing corporate and local accounts, driving MICE business, and supporting catering sales through proactive client engagement.
Manage and grow existing corporate and local accounts
Actively source new business through calls, visits, and networking
Handle MICE inquiries (meetings, conferences, events) from lead to conversion
Support catering sales and coordinate with operations for smooth execution
Prepare proposals, contracts, and follow up on quotations
Conduct site inspections and client presentations
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
Maintain strong relationships to secure repeat business
Arabic speaker (mandatory)
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) – mandatory.
Strong knowledge of corporate, MICE, and catering segments
Good negotiation and communication skills
Target-oriented and proactive approach
