Sales Manager - Catering

Responsibilities:

  • Participate and be knowledgeable of catering budget, forecast, catering package and event financials
  • Lead generation and bring in sales (tenders/contracts or corporate sales)
  • Sales driven to develop strategy, action plan,
  • Versatile involvement in venue and events
  • Focus on revenue growth with new accounts and existing clients
  • Exceed in client relationship, engagement and hospitality
  • Work closely with service operations and culinary team to ensure completeness of all related admin and documentation (Event Orders, PO/DO, SOP, etc.)
  • Oversee daily catering sales administration and associate/s, sales, business and operations meeting
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Positive sales attitude, aptitude, strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Good and reliable vendor / partner contacts for F&B catering will be a benefit
  • Catering experience will be a bonus
