Sales Manager - Catering
Responsibilities:
- Participate and be knowledgeable of catering budget, forecast, catering package and event financials
- Lead generation and bring in sales (tenders/contracts or corporate sales)
- Sales driven to develop strategy, action plan,
- Versatile involvement in venue and events
- Focus on revenue growth with new accounts and existing clients
- Exceed in client relationship, engagement and hospitality
- Work closely with service operations and culinary team to ensure completeness of all related admin and documentation (Event Orders, PO/DO, SOP, etc.)
- Oversee daily catering sales administration and associate/s, sales, business and operations meeting
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Positive sales attitude, aptitude, strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Good and reliable vendor / partner contacts for F&B catering will be a benefit
- Catering experience will be a bonus
