ABOUT THE ROLE<\/b>
<\/p>

We are looking for a well\-connected and results\-driven Sales Manager to drive\nstrategic growth and expand our Branding and Performance business across the UK\nand wider EMEA market.
<\/div>

This is a branding\-first role with strong emphasis on CTV,\nProgrammatic, and Display solutions, while also leveraging Mobile & Web\nPerformance opportunities to maximize revenue.

The ideal candidate will bring deep market expertise,\nestablished relationships across agency trading hubs, and a proven ability to\nunlock high\-value, revenue\-driven partnerships

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/b>

Revenue & Sales<\/b>
<\/p>

  • Drive\n branding\-led revenue growth across the UK, with primary focus on CTV,\n Programmatic, and Display solutions.
    <\/li>
  • Own\n the full sales cycle \- prospecting, pitching, negotiation, onboarding, and\n closure.
    <\/li>
  • Leverage\n performance expertise across Mobile and Web to capture incremental\n budgets.
    <\/li>
  • Deliver\n consistent revenue growth aligned with regional and global targets.
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Client & Agency Relationships<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Build\n and maintain strong relationships with top\-tier media agencies, trading\n desks, and direct brands across the UK.
      <\/li>
    • Identify\n and unlock new opportunities within both agency and direct client\n ecosystems.
      <\/li>
    • Act\n as a trusted advisor, ensuring long\-term client retention and\n satisfaction.

      Strategy & Market Intelligence<\/b>
      <\/p>

      • Monitor\n competitor activity, audience trends, and the evolving CTV landscape to\n sharpen go\-to\-market strategy.
        <\/li>
      • Contribute\n to Xapads' strategic positioning and long\-term growth across EMEA.
        <\/li>
      • Represent\n the company at key industry events, panels, and trade bodies (e.g. IAB,\n ISBA).

        Cross\-functional Collaboration<\/b>
        <\/p>

        • Partner\n with Ad Ops, Strategy, and Product teams to ensure seamless campaign\n execution and client success.
          <\/li>
        • Feed\n client and market insights back into product development and solution\n design.
          <\/li><\/ul>


          QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS<\/b><\/p>

          · Minimum 5+ years of\nexperience in Digital Media / AdTech Sales, preferably within the UK and EMEA\nmarkets.
          <\/p>

          · Strong\nexperience and established relationships with EMEA trading hubs within major\nagency groups (GroupM, Publicis, Dentsu, Omnicom, IPG).
          <\/p>

          · Prior experience\nworking with a curator/reseller and/or publisher sales ecosystem is a strong\nadvantage.
          <\/p>

          · Prior experience\nworking with a curator or reseller ecosystem is mandatory.
          <\/p>

          · Deep understanding of\nbranding solutions across CTV, Programmatic, Display, Native, and Traditional\nDigital ecosystems, with additional experience in Banner & Rich Media\nconsidered a plus.
          <\/p>

          · Experience in\nPerformance Marketing (Mobile & Web) is required.
          <\/p>

          · Proven track record of\ndriving high\-value deals and scaling revenue within agency\-led environments.
          <\/p>

          · Proven ability to\ndrive strategic partnerships and revenue growth.
          <\/p>

          · Excellent negotiation,\npresentation, and communication skills.
          <\/p>

          · Ability to work in a\nfast\-paced, high\-growth environment.
          <\/p>

          · Fluency in English is\nrequired; proficiency in any additional European language is a strong\nadvantage.
