The ideal candidate should possess a techno\-commercial understanding of enterprise technology solutions and should be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders including C\-Level executives, Digital Teams, Marketing Heads, Product Teams, IT Teams, and Business Leaders.

Business Development & Pipeline Generation<\/b>

- Identify and pursue net\-new business opportunities across Banking, Retail, Fashion, and E\-commerce sectors.
<\/span><\/li>- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
<\/span><\/li>- Develop strategic account plans for target enterprise customers.
<\/span><\/li>- Consistently achieve pipeline generation and revenue targets.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Consultative Enterprise Selling<\/b>
<\/div>- Understand customer business challenges, marketing objectives, and digital transformation goals.
<\/span><\/li>- Conduct discovery meetings and map customer pain points to Dengage\u2019s solutions and capabilities.
<\/span><\/li>- Position Dengage as a strategic Customer Experience and Customer Data Platform partner rather than just a software vendor.
<\/span><\/li>- Drive value\-based and solution\-oriented discussions with both business and technical stakeholders.
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Stakeholder Management<\/b>
<\/div>- Engage with C\-Level executives and senior decision\-makers including:
<\/span><\/li>- CEOs
<\/span><\/li>- CMOs
<\/span><\/li>- CIOs / CDOs
<\/span><\/li>- Heads of Digital
<\/span><\/li>- Heads of Marketing
<\/span><\/li>- Product & Customer Experience Teams<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>- Build strong long\-term relationships with key stakeholders across accounts.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Sales Cycle Management<\/b>
<\/div>- Manage the end\-to\-end sales cycle from lead generation to commercial closure.
<\/span><\/li>- Coordinate with Presales and technical teams for demos, workshops, solution presentations, RFPs, and technical discussions.
<\/span><\/li>- Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate proposal creation and commercial alignment.
<\/span><\/li>- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and CRM hygiene.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Market Intelligence & Strategic Positioning<\/b>
<\/div>- Stay updated on industry trends across MarTech, CDP, Marketing Automation, Digital Banking, Retail Technology, and Customer Engagement platforms.
<\/span><\/li>- Monitor competitor activities and market positioning.
<\/span><\/li>- Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, customer requirements, and product opportunities.<\/span>

Experience:<\/b>
<\/div>- Minimum 5 years of B2B enterprise sales experience in one or more of the following:

<\/span><\/li>- MarTech

<\/div>- Proven hunter mentality with a strong ability to generate new business independently.

<\/span><\/li>- Ability to understand both commercial and technical aspects of enterprise solutions.
