Job description

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

1. Client Engagement & Adoption

  • Travel to client locations, including hub and spoke setups, to engage with senior officials and key stakeholders.
  • Drive awareness and understanding of Experian products and services.
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure effective utilization of Experian reports and solutions.
  • Support clients in maximizing value from Experian offerings.

2. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify opportunities within the assigned segment to expand product adoption.
  • Promote Experian’s portfolio including Bureau Solutions, credit risk tools, fraud prevention, analytics, and decisioning systems.
  • Contribute to revenue growth by increasing product usage among existing and new clients.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across client organizations.
  • Act as a trusted partner by understanding business needs and recommending relevant solutions.
  • Support clients in addressing challenges related to risk management, compliance, and customer lifecycle management.

4. Solution Enablement & Support

  • Deliver tailored presentations and training programs aligned with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, analytics, implementation) to ensure seamless delivery and support.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.

5. Market Insights & Feedback

  • Capture client feedback and market insights to support product enhancements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends within the BFSI and small business segments.
  • Represent Experian in client interactions and industry forums when required.

6. Reporting & Performance Management

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, training sessions, and adoption metrics.
  • Track usage growth, client engagement, and overall performance indicators.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase solution adoption.

Qualifications

  • Qualifications MBA (preferred) Graduate
