Sales Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales, developing strategies, and exceeding targets in a competitive industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for cultivating relationships with teammates, and clients, leading a team to achieve sales goals, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Responsibilities:
- - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- - Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
- - Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- - Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to the sales team.
- - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a unified approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
- - Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
Requirements
- - Proven experience as a successful Sales Manager, preferably in the Financial planning field (but is not mandatory).
- - Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet/exceed targets consistently.
- - Strong leadership and team management skills.
- - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- - Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
