SALES MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.

  2. Identify and develop new wholesale accounts, including distributors, retailers, healthcare-related businesses and corporate clients.

  3. Manage and grow existing customer relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

  4. Oversee retail shop sales performance, including sales targets, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.

  5. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends in health-related products.

  6. Lead negotiations, prepare quotations, and close sales contracts.

  7. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports for management review.

  8. Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.

  9. Train and supervise sales staff where required.

  10. Ensure compliance with relevant Singapore regulations relating to health products and retail operations.

    Job Requirements

    1. Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management or related field.

    2. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in wholesale trade, healthcare products, or retail sales.

    3. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business development.

    4. Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.

    5. Experience managing both B2B and retail sales channels is preferred.

    6. Ability to work independently and lead a small sales team.

    7. Familiar with Singapore market dynamics, especially in health-related products.

    8. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    9. Willing to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends if required for retail operations.
