Role Overview:<\/b>
<\/p>
We are looking for an energetic <\/span>Sales Manager \u2013 IT Products<\/b> <\/span>to drive new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and achieve revenue targets for our IT solutions, including Zoho products and related services.
<\/p>Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>- Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT products and solutions.
<\/li> - Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
<\/li> - Understand client requirements and present tailored IT solutions.
<\/li> - Conduct product demonstrations (primarily Zoho solutions) and follow up on proposals.
<\/li> - Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
<\/li> - Maintain strong, long\-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
<\/li> - Collaborate with the technical and implementation teams to deliver solutions successfully.
<\/li> - Stay updated with industry trends, product enhancements, and competitor activities.
<\/li><\/ul>Qualifications and Skills:<\/b>
<\/p>- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
<\/li> - 3 to 7 years of experience in IT product sales, SaaS sales, CRM/ERP sales, or similar technology products.
<\/li> - Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
<\/li> - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
<\/li> - Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value.
<\/li> - Self\-motivated, result\-oriented, and able to work independently.
<\/li><\/ul>Preferred:<\/b>
<\/p>- Experience in selling Zoho Products, CRM/ERP solutions, or SaaS platforms.
<\/li> - Existing network or database of potential customers in SME or corporate sectors.
<\/li> - Familiarity with CRM tools for managing sales pipelines and reporting.
