Role Summary and Impact<\/span><\/b>

As Manager, Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and\nstrengthening Xapads Media\u2019s presence across the UAE market.<\/span>
<\/p>

This role\nfocuses on building and managing relationships with agencies and advertisers,\nidentifying new business opportunities, and expanding branding\-led solutions\nacross CTV, programmatic, and display. You will work closely with internal\nteams to deliver solutions aligned with client objectives and market needs.<\/span>

This is a\nhands\-on role requiring a balance of strategic thinking, relationship\nmanagement, and direct contribution to revenue outcomes.<\/span>

    • Identify\n and convert new business opportunities across agency and client ecosystems<\/span>

    • Present\n and position Xapads\u2019 solutions across CTV, programmatic, display, and\n native formats<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Leverage\n performance capabilities (mobile and web) to expand revenue opportunities<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Manage\n the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and\n deal closure<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Collaborate\n with internal teams (Ad Operations, Strategy, Product) to ensure effective\n campaign delivery<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Monitor\n market trends, competitive activity, and client needs to refine sales\n approach<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Maintain\n a strong and consistent pipeline aligned with revenue targets<\/span>

      Skills and Experience<\/b><\/span>

      • 5+\n years of experience in digital media or AdTech sales within the UAE market<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Strong\n understanding of branding solutions across CTV, programmatic, display, and\n native formats<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Experience\n in performance marketing (mobile and web)<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Established\n relationships with agencies and advertisers in the UAE<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Proven\n ability to drive revenue growth and build strategic partnerships<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Strong\n communication, presentation, and negotiation skills<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Ability\n to work independently while collaborating across teams<\/span>
        <\/li><\/ul>

        Additional Experience<\/b><\/span>

        • Experience\n working with regional or global campaigns<\/span>
