Sales Manager

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Catering Sales Manager to lead business development efforts and grow our catering portfolio across corporate events, weddings, private functions, government agencies, educational institutions, and community organisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify and acquire new corporate and institutional clients through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and business development activities.
  • Manage incoming catering enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Prepare customised catering proposals, quotations, and event packages.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, menu presentations, and event consultations.
  • Collaborate closely with culinary, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing while maintaining profitability.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Requirement

  • Experience in F&B industry for minimum 3 years
  • Strong data client data base with sales experience in catering, hospitality, events, F&B, or related industries.
  • Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
