Job Overview
At Aethos, we believe every meaningful connection starts with a story. We are looking for a Sales Manager & PR to join our team in Mallorca and help shape how Aethos is experienced, discovered, and remembered.
In this role, you will drive commercial growth while elevating the brand presence of Aethos Mallorca and Aethos Club Palma. You will build strong relationships, develop new business opportunities, and ensure our story is powerfully communicated across all channels.

What You Will Be Doing
Take strategic ownership of the commercial performance of the hotel, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and revenue objectives
Lead the luxury leisure sales strategy and the MICE segment for the property
Develop and execute international commercial strategies to drive revenue growth, market share, and long-term positioning
Shape and elevate the brand presence of the hotel through strategic PR initiatives and storytelling across key markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, media, and key industry stakeholders to enhance the hotel’s visibility and brand reputation
Analyse market data and performance metrics to identify trends and translate insights into effective commercial and communication strategies
Forecast market and economic developments to proactively adapt both sales and PR strategies, ensuring relevance and impact
Define and implement strategic action plans around key demand generators in the destination, strengthening both commercial and brand positioning
Ensure strong visibility across all sales, distribution, and communication channels, cultivating meaningful external partnerships
Collaborate closely with the General Manager to align operational and commercial priorities
Work in partnership with the Revenue Management team and corporate commercial leadership to support annual budgeting and overall strategic direction
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in luxury hospitality sales, business development, or commercial leadership within a hotel environment
Strong understanding of luxury leisure and MICE segments, with the ability to drive both strategically and operationally
Strong understanding of the local luxury hospitality landscape in Mallorca and the Balearics, combined with an international perspective and network across key luxury travel market
A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach, able to translate market insights into clear commercial actions
Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect authentically with high-value clients, partners, and media
Strong commercial acumen with a refined understanding of brand positioning, guest experience, and storytelling
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with operational and leadership teams on property
Fluent in English; additional languages, are considered a strong advantage.
