You\u2019ll manage\nseasonal sales plans on retail\nchannel, attract new customers, nurture, build client relationships,<\/span> and\noversee the intricate logistics that ensure our blueberries arrive fresh and on\ntime.<\/span>

  • Execute seasonal sales plans and\nmanage the rate of sales for preferred customers.<\/span>

  • Facilitate the selling of fruit\ninto the correct market segments to maximize profit margins.<\/span>

  • Provide actionable market insights\nand competitor analysis to the management team<\/span>

  • New Business Development with any in\nmarket targeted marketing activities to support the development of the OZblu\nbrand<\/span><\/span>

    Supply Chain & Logistics Excellence<\/span><\/b>

    • Coordinate end\-to\-end logistics\nfor customers, ensuring strict adherence to "On\-Time" delivery\nrequirements.<\/span>

    • Manage freight costs and maintain\na competitive understanding of the freight market.<\/span>

    • Collaborate with freight vendor\npartners to streamline the shipping process.<\/span><\/span>

      Sales Administration & Finance<\/span><\/b>

      • Manage the full lifecycle of the\nsales process in our ERP system.<\/span>

      • Ensure accurate costing,\nacknowledge purchase orders, and manage account sales/debtors.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Assess and process claims with a\nfair and detail\-oriented approach.<\/span><\/span>

        • Act as the primary daily contact\nfor clients, ensuring their needs are met with tact and discretion.<\/span>

        • Collaborate with the marketing\nteam on brand\-building activities and sample benchmarking.<\/span><\/span>

          • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Logistics, International Trade or similar (ideal)<\/span><\/span><\/span>

          • Proven track record as a Sales Manager within Fruit industry<\/span><\/span>

          • Strong experience dealing with major retail chain<\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • Deep understanding of fruit marketing and product knowledge<\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/li>
          • Strong commercial acumen with pricing and profitability management experience<\/span><\/span>

          • Exceptional relationship\-building skills <\/span><\/span>
