Sales Manager - Scania Trucks

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve truck sales targets within the private sector.

  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with corporate clients and fleet owners.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing and delivery follow\-up.

  • Conduct market analysis to monitor competitors, pricing, and customer needs.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.

  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with clients.
    <\/li>
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and after\-sales follow\-up.

  • Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and customer visits to promote Scania products and services.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.

    Requirements<\/h3>
  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 10 <\/b>years of experience in truck sales, automotive sales, or heavy commercial vehicles.
    <\/li>
  • Previous experience in the private sector and fleet sales is highly preferred.
    <\/li>
  • Strong knowledge of the heavy truck market and customer network.
    <\/li>
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    <\/li>
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    <\/li>
  • Target\-oriented with strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
    <\/li>
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
    <\/li>
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
