Job Description
- Promote beauty services, treatment packages, and retail products to customers.
- Manage daily shop operations and ensure smooth service flow.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate beauticians to achieve monthly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and handle enquiries, appointments, and complaints.
- Plan and execute promotions, marketing activities, and membership programs.
- Maintain product inventory and ensure sufficient stock levels.
- Ensure the shop meets hygiene, safety, and service quality standards.
- Handling customer complaints, refund requests, and service issues professionally.
- Consistently achieve and exceed high monthly sales targets in a highly competitive beauty industry while maintaining service quality.
- Oversee shop operations such as inventory control, equipment condition, cost management, front-desk coordination, and overall service standards.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lead a team and work independently.
- Pleasant personality with interest in beauty, skincare, and customer care.
- Basic computer knowledge (POS system, scheduling apps, WhatsApp).
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
