<\/p>

Executing a\nsales expansion strategy to drive consistent growth by acquiring new customers\nby smartly assessing client credit worthiness, conducting market research,\nidentifying potential leads, analysing competitors, and strive to achieve\nmonthly sales targets.<\/span>

Roles\n& Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

1. \nBusiness Generation:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Generate new business opportunities in the\nassigned sales territory, using a consultative approach to meet sales targets\nand increased volumes.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Consistency in potential Lead generation and\nclosure to be aligned with the given monthly target<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Should be able to close deals within committed\ntimeline as per projections.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop sales network keeping focus on organizational\ngoals and product\-specific strategies.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Should be able to onboard customers with strong\nfinancial health and creditworthiness, maintaining ASP across product ranges.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Should be able to keep own performance at a satisfactory\nlevel and should be self\-motivated.<\/span>

2. Client Relationship\nManagement:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Act as the primary point of contact for the\nself\-developed clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are\nresolved promptly.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Regularly interact with clients to understand\ntheir requirements, provide product information, and offer solutions tailored\nto their needs.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Build and maintain strong, long\-term\nrelationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.<\/span>
<\/p>

3. Cross\-Functional Alignment:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Collaborate with internal teams, including\nproduct development / QC team, dispatch team, and customer service, to ensure\ncustomer feedback is effectively communicated and acted upon.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide regular updates to reporting manager\non client needs, market trends, and sales performance in weekly presentations.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Prepare and present detailed agenda for past\nand upcoming weeks, sales reports, including pipeline and forecast data\nin review meetings.<\/span>

Requirements:<\/b> Candidate must have his own vehicle; Candidate must have a\ngood dealer network for Tiles Adhesive Sales<\/span>
