Job Summary
Support import and purchasing processes, assist sales activities, manage inventory and product shipments, and prepare sales and audit reports to ensure smooth business operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate import-related tasks to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
- Manage communications and transactions with Korean suppliers to support purchasing activities
- Provide sales support by assisting with customer interactions and order processing
- Maintain internal management tasks including inventory entry, product labeling verification, shipment assistance, and deposit confirmation
- Compile and organize transactional records for audit submissions to IRAS
- Prepare and submit monthly sales reports to track business performance
- Perform upkeep of company records and complete additional duties as assigned
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in sales or business development
- Proficient in written and spoken English for effective communication
- Willingness and ability to travel when necessary
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Fluent Korean, both speaking and writing.
- PR holders, SG Citizens
- Understanding of target customers and their relationship to the company’s products
Other Information
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
- Saturday/Every Last Saturday of the month: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
Compensation:
During probation -
- Basic Salary: S$2,100
- Allowance: S$900
After probation - To be discussed later
