Sales Manager

  • Oversee and ensure timely responses to customer emails and calls.
  • Review and approve pricing enquiries, ensuring competitive and accurate quotations.
  • Maintain close communication with customers regarding quotations, order progress, and production status.
  • Monitor, analyze, and manage customer information to support strategic sales planning and decision-making.
  • Lead and support sales coordination activities, including pricing strategies, contract administration, and workflow optimization.
  • Provide guidance to the sales team and ensure alignment with company objectives and service standards.
  • Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned from time to time by management.
