Roles & Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Strategy
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients
- Serve as the primary of contact for strategic accounts and high-value prospects
- monitor market trends, analyze competitor activity, and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to design solutions that address client requirements
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Understand client business objectives and provide value-added recommendations
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and appointments with clients
- Proactively resolve client concerns and escalate issues as necessary
Team & Process Coordination
- Coordinate with project, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery of products /services
- Support management with sales reporting, marketing insights, and strategic planning
- Contribute to process improvements for efficiency in sales, client management, and collections
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Highly organized and proactive
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence key stakeholders
