Job Summary

Manage and coordinate e-commerce platform operations, sales processes, and data entry tasks to support business growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s e-commerce platform to ensure smooth operation and timely updates
• Coordinate sales activities by preparing purchase orders, delivery orders, and quotations accurately
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date and accurate records for sales and inventory
• Execute ad-hoc duties as assigned to support business operations and team objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Digital Marketing or Marketing
• 1 to 2 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms and related sales coordination

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce management is preferred to enhance platform effectiveness and sales coordination

☑ Working Location: Bishan

☑ 5 Days Office Hour (Mon - Fri / 8.30AM – 5.30PM)
