Sales & Marketing Executive


Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging opportunities.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns, trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Prepare marketing materials, technical brochures, presentations, and product documentation.
  • Manage customer databases and marketing leads.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in launching new products and services.
  • Understand customer technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support and product consultation.
  • Coordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure technical feasibility.
  • Conduct product training sessions for customers and distributors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Chemical, Industrial, or related field).
  • Additional qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration, or Sales are an advantage.
  • Strong technical and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Sales negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
