Sales & Marketing Executive (South)

Brief Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive focused on driving revenue growth and enhancing brand visibility. This position encompasses comprehensive account management and the implementation of strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all stages of the sales process, including pre-sales, active sales, and post-sales, fostering strong, sustainable client relationships.
  • Ensure precise management of customer data, pricing, and system records, including rebate calculations and tracking accounts receivable.
  • Oversee Production, Sales, and Inventory (PSI) operations, monitoring market trends, managing budgets, and reducing aging stock monthly.
  • Collaborate with third-party logistics providers and internal teams for efficient shipment coordination, as well as managing return processes and documentation with headquarters.
  • Analyze sales data and market forecasts to generate actionable insights and support product lifecycle management activities.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies, suggest workflow improvements, handle ad-hoc assignments, and contribute to audit efforts.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B settings, particularly in manufacturing, electronics, or distribution sectors.
  • Proven experience in client management and order fulfillment processes.
  • Proficient in data management tools, including MS Office applications.
