Sales & Marketing Intern

We are seeking a motivated and results\-driven <\/span><\/span>Sales & Marketing Intern<\/span><\/span><\/b> to join our team. This role will be responsible for promoting and selling our robotics equipment to customers through various channels, including direct sales, eCommerce. You will play a key role in ensuring the company's growth and success by building strong relationships with customers and driving sales through personalized service and expertise.<\/span><\/span>

Core Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b>

  • Engages with customers directly, either in\-person, over the phone, or online.<\/span><\/span>

  • Provides information about products, answers customer questions, and persuades customers to make a purchase.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Follows up with leads, closes deals, and sometimes handles post\-sale customer service.<\/span><\/span>

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers in person, via video calls, or on\-site visits.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering post\-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction.<\/span><\/span>

  • Assist in driving traffic and sales on our eCommerce platform by managing online inquiries and processing orders.<\/span><\/span>

  • Maintain an understanding of eCommerce trends, customer preferences, and product features to provide a seamless shopping experience.<\/span><\/span>

  • Ensure that product listings, prices, and promotions are accurate and up\-to\-date on the platform.<\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    Pursuing or Completed a Degree<\/span><\/span><\/b>: Ideally in Business, Marketing, Technical & Communications, or a related field. <\/span><\/span>

    Sales & Marketing interns must collaborate with the sales team, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and achieve sales goals.<\/span><\/span>
