Sales & Marketing Internship (f/m/div.)

Your contribution to something big:

As a Sales & Marketing Trainee, you will work closely with both the commercial and operations teams to support lead generation, campaign execution, and customer engagement initiatives. This is a hands-on internship designed to give you broad exposure across the full revenue cycle — from top-of-funnel awareness to closing and retention.

You will be mentored by experienced professionals, participate in real projects from day one, and have the opportunity to make a measurable impact on the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in prospecting, outreach, and qualification of new leads
  • Assist on market studies development and interpretation
  • Participate in weekly Sales and Marketing team meetings
  • Market Event tracking and management
  • Assist in managing social media channels
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and supporting materials for client meetings
  • Update and maintain the CRM system (pipeline, contacts, activity logs)
  • Research target accounts and market segments to support prospecting efforts
  • Presales activities: scheduling of meetings, creation of meeting minutes, reading and summarizing tenders (RFI, RFQ RFP), input collection from the different areas and final offer preparation
  • Digitalization of offers and new sales initiatives
  • Archive folder management
  • Contribute ideas to improve workflows and communication between teams

This is an opportunity for an extracurricular internship with 12 months' duration.

What distinguishes you:

  • Bachelor's degree (or final year) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive, can-do attitude;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar (nice to have);
  • Experience with social media management or content creation;
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, paid media, email marketing);
  • Data literacy — comfortable reading dashboards and drawing basic insights.
