Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Sales & Marketing Logistics Specialist, located in Solna, Stockholm County, Sweden.

We are seeking a structured and proactive Sales & Marketing Logistics Specialist to join our team, based at the Orthokit Warehouse. This full-time role (100% FTE) serves as the central coordinator for all sales and marketing materials, logistics activities, and related vendor management.

The position reports to either the Sales Manager or Product Manager, with a dotted reporting line to the Orthokit Manager. The role requires regular on-site presence and is classified at Pay Grade 24.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Warehouse Management

  • Manage storage and availability of demo materials, workshop sets, VELYS capital equipment, booth materials, and giveaways

  • Maintain warehouse structure including shelving, labeling, and organization

  • Handle bookings, shipments, and post-use returns, including inspection and quality control

Coordination & Operations

  • Act as the primary Sales contact for coordinating shipment of workshop materials, including international shipments (e.g., Switzerland)

  • Coordinate logistics for training courses and events held at the Solna office

  • Ensure timely and efficient material flow to and from events and customers

Procurement & Inventory

  • Collaborate with Product Managers on purchasing demo sets and replenishment of materials such as Sawbones/Synbones, giveaways, and booth assets

  • Manage purchase orders and replenishment via internal systems

  • Conduct annual inventory counts together with Product Managers

Sales & Marketing Support

  • Serve as key contact for ordering printed materials and supporting marketing activities

  • Provide operational support across Sales & Marketing including:

  • Showpad licenses

  • IT equipment and distribution lists

  • Business cards

  • “Just a Click Away” solutions and customer cabinet processes

Administrative & Vendor Management

  • Manage standing purchase orders (e.g., company cars, MedTech association memberships)

  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders

  • Support finance-related follow-ups such as invoice tracking and requests for information

Required Profile

  • Experience in inventory management, logistics coordination, or similar roles

  • Comfortable working across multiple IT systems

  • Structured, detail-oriented, and highly organized

  • Proactive, service-minded, and flexible with a strong focus on quality

  • Experience supporting Sales & Marketing teams is an advantage

  • Fluent in Swedish and English

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

kr413,000.00 - kr664,700.00
